  Front office staff are friendly, but the sales people are economical with the truth and the dealership take no responsibility for the actions of their staff. Poor salesmanship and poor management in dealing with disputes. I was sold a secondhand car which I was told had no previous accidents or repair history, but when I took the car home I noticed the following day when filing up that the bumper was aligned the same on both sides. I went back to the dealership and queried this. The sales person said that following a check, the bumper looks like a clip is missing and they offered to replace it FOC, but didn't have it in stock. A few months later and I had a slight knock on the bumper. I took it back to Lexus and they said that the bumper had been previously sprayed and thus would need a whole new bumper rather than a respray. I asked why had the bumper resprayed when I was told it had never had any work done? Their answer was that they were not aware, but they wouldn't take responsibility. Last week a terrible smell started coming from the car vents, so I took it back again as the car is still under warranty. Apparently its a fault with the AC and needs new filters etc. Again I reminded the firm that the car was under warranty and that I was told all filters had been changed when I bought the car. They didn't want to know and basically said that was my word against theirs. I told them I will pay for the repair but would not return to them, nor would any of my brothers (3 of us) who have all bought vehicles from the dealership. Really poor service.
