  Cancelled a fully refundable deposit on a new car order on the 9th March, over 12 days later and multiple phone calls I am still waiting on the money to be refunded! All I get from a certain sales exec is that he has informed accounts and that I should have received the refund by now (no kidding Sherlock) and he has not bothered to follow up with myself. I have sent details to the email address you gave and have heard nothing from you. Has taken me further phone calls to speak to the sales controller (Tony Hines) who dealt with the refund while I was on the phone, I now have my money.

  Jamie Stannard is by far the best car salesman we have come across. His customer service skills are excellent and his knowledge of cars is commendable. We have at times bombarded him with questions which he has answered patiently and efficiently. He has tried his level best to give us a deal that is best suited to our financial situation and his advice has always been genuine. He is an asset to Ford cars and a salesperson that will take the company far.
